Felicite Joan

Sweet Felicite Joan loves to play in the meadows where the dandelions grow. She imagines each flower is a drop of golden sunshine good enough to eat.

Felicite Joan is a classic 14” cloth kitty doll, beautifully handmade from Japanese shot cotton in mustard-yellow with hand-embroidered details. She has button-jointed arms. Her legs, made of bright yellow vichy/gingham, compliment her pretty Liberty Tana Lawn romper, which has a patch pocket and covered faux buttons.

This kitty has a wool-felt hat in golden yellow. It is blanket-stitched by hand and fastened with a button and a little shirring elastic. Two delicately handcrafted life-size dandelions, stitched atop the hat, are made with florist wire and can be posed gently.

14” cat doll (excluding hat), stuffed with wool roving and beeswax blush to the cheeks; you can remove the clothes carefully.
