**Sadly, I cannot currently ship to the EU**
I use Royal Mail tracked and insured - you can select the additional 'signed for' service if you wish (where available).
UK customers should receive their order within five days of posting, and international customers should receive it within 14 days.
For custom and made-to-order items, please get in touch with me before you order so I can give you a reasonable estimate of how long it will take.
If you require express delivery, please get in touch with me before purchasing.

Classic Dolls and other purchases over £150 (up to £1000 for UK customers and £250 for International customers): - UK Special delivery - £9.35 - signature will be required.
- Europe (non-EU) - £16.20
- EU **Sadly, I cannot currently ship to the EU**.
- Oceania - £18.65
- USA Mainland - £18.50
- Everywhere else (Insured but no tracking available) -£18-£19.15 approx
Pips, Babies, Sweetie Pies and items up to a value of £150 for UK customers, £50 for International customers, up to a weight of £250g:
When placed alongside a doll order - FREE- UK - £3.40 (tracked 48)
- International - £11.70
Tiny Dolls and purchases up to a value of £150 for UK customers, or £250 for International Customers, up to a weight of 250g:- UK (Tracked 48) - £3.40
- International - £14.20
- Doll Accessories - Clothes, etc- sent in an envelope rather than a box.
When placed alongside a doll order -FREE - UK (Tracked 48) - £2.70

Sending to the US - these items will be subject to a 10% tariff - this cost is included in postage and packing, and will be paid when I post your item - there should be no further charges, unless there are local taxes to pay.
I use Royal Mail tracked and insured - you can have the signed for service if you wish (where available).

Please note that the postage cost reflects the parcel’s weight, size, and value, so your purchase is insured in transit. Combining postage for international orders is only possible if the value of your order is below £250 or £1000 for UK orders.
I cannot be responsible for additional taxes or customs levies from your purchase.
If An Item Is Lost/Damaged In Transit
Once an item has been posted, it is the responsibility of The Royal Mail or the courier service. I will not take responsibility for these items as they are beyond my control. However, I retain all proof of postage for the items, and where possible, all things have a tracking number (tracking numbers are not available for certain countries).
Please allow a reasonable time for the parcel to arrive, as Royal Mail states it may take up to 15 working days.
