Viola May

Mighty little Viola May is always the last to come inside after playing all day. She is ready for adventure, whatever the weather.

Viola May is a classic 14” cloth kitty doll, beautifully handmade from calico with hand-embroidered details. She has button-jointed arms. Her legs, made of purple vichy/gingham, compliment her pretty Liberty Tana Lawn romper dress, which has a patch pocket and covered faux buttons.

This kitty has a wool-felt hat in pink marl. It is blanket-stitched by hand and fastened with a button and a little shirring elastic. Two delicately handcrafted life-size bunches of Violas, stitched atop the hat, are made with florist wire and can be posed gently.

14” cat doll (excluding hat), stuffed with wool roving and beeswax blush to the cheeks; you can remove the clothes carefully.
